El Condesito

Wreck Condesito

This dive site is located in a nature reserve between Los Cristianos and Las Galletas reachable by boat in about 20 minutes from the harbour of Las Galletas The wreck of El Condestito lies at a depth of about 8 to 16 meters. It was originally an old concrete freighter that crashed onto the cliffs about 40 years ago. Unfortunately, the wreck was recently damaged by heavy winter storms.

Besides the wreck, there is a very beautiful volcanic underwater seascape to see, which slowly drops deeper, offering  the perfect habitat for octopuses, glass eye fish, trumpet fish, barracudas, groupers and the occasional  rays and moray eels. Experienced divers may engage in deep diving here, but attention must be paid to the sometimes strong current.

We care about animal welfare in Tenerife
Join us!

Tenerife is our home — but sadly, countless dogs and cats are abandoned, injured, or left to fend for themselves every year. We cannot and will not ignore this.

At OceanTrek Diving School, we feel deeply connected to this island and its inhabitants — both people and animals.

That’s why we support LIFE4DOGS, a project driven by passion and compassion, working to create a rescue and rehabilitation center for dogs and cats — a place where help, healing, and hope come together.

We stand behind this initiative because it represents the same values we care about: compassion, responsibility and sustainability.

Join us — together we can make a real difference!
Whether through a donation or by sharing the project, every bit of help counts.

Together we can ensure that Tenerife is not only a paradise for people but also a safe and happy place for dogs and cats.
